Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor

These Official Rules govern all Sweepstakes Tournaments operated by WOLFGAMES.FUN (the "Sponsor"). By participating you agree to these Rules, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (21+ where required by law).
  • VOID in CA, CT, ID, IN, LA, ME, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OK, TN, WA and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
  • One account per person. Multi-accounting voids all associated entries.

3. Two Currencies

  • ALPHA C (Alpha Coins): Practice currency. Free to obtain, no monetary value, never redeemable.
  • ALPHA SC (Alpha Sweepstakes Coins): Sweepstakes-entry currency. Distributed free via daily rewards, the free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) described below, and as a promotional bonus on Alpha Coin top-ups. Eligible to be redeemed for cash prizes.

4. Entry Periods

Sweepstakes Tournaments run continuously and on a rotating schedule at the Sponsor's discretion. Each Tournament posts its own entry window, player cap, and start condition; entries close when the Tournament room fills or its posted start time is reached, whichever occurs first. There is no cost or obligation to purchase in order to obtain or use ALPHA SC entries.

5. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to obtain ALPHA SC. Eligible entrants may request free ALPHA SC by mail. Full instructions, limits, and timing are posted at wolfgames.fun/amoe. Free entries obtained via AMOE are credited and pooled identically to ALPHA SC obtained any other way and have equal chances of winning.

6. Daily Rewards (Free Method)

Signed-in users may also claim free ALPHA SC daily from the dashboard. No purchase required. Reward amounts may change at the Sponsor's discretion and are subject to anti-abuse controls.

7. Tournament Entry & Prize Description

Each Sweepstakes Tournament has an ALPHA SC entry fee, a player cap, and a fixed prize structure: 70% of the prize pool to 1st place, 20% to 2nd place, and 10% to 3rd place (where applicable), with a 10% platform contribution withheld for operations. Tournaments may run as three-player Blitz, ten-player Sit & Go, or Heads-Up matches. A match starts only once the minimum advertised player count has joined; the Sponsor reserves the right to fill rooms with computer-controlled participants only in ALPHA C practice rooms (never in Sweepstakes Tournaments). Prizes are cash-equivalent, redeemable per Section 9 below. Approximate retail value of prizes varies by Tournament and is disclosed on the Tournament's entry screen before entry.

8. Winner Determination — Skill-Based

Winners are determined predominantly by participant skill, not chance. Outcomes in P&L Tournaments are determined by participants' skill in selecting and managing simulated token portfolios against live market data. Outcomes in Hold'em Tournaments are determined by participants' skill in betting and hand selection. No participant wagers against the house, no random drawing is used to pick winners, and no real cryptocurrencies are bought, sold, or held during tournament play. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and each participant's relative skill.

9. Prize Redemption

ALPHA SC won in tournaments may be redeemed for cash prizes at a published redemption rate, subject to identity verification (KYC) for redemptions of $600 or more in a calendar year. Prizes are issued via the redemption method on file (e.g., USDC to a verified Solana wallet, or other methods the Sponsor may offer). Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. Self-Exclusion

You may permanently self-exclude at any time per the Responsible Play policy. Once self-exclusion is processed, all paid-entry features are disabled for the account.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules or any Tournament will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and entrants waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of any Tournament and the interpretation of these Rules are final and binding on all matters relating to the Tournament. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, violates the Terms, or acts in a manner reasonably believed to violate these Rules.

12. General

Void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate any Tournament for reasons including suspected fraud, technical failure, or legal requirement. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
